There is an old saying " It is unwise to put all eggs in one basket". It means when you do something, don't put all your resoures into it. If you fail, you lose everything. In investation action, many people put all of their money into it in order to gain more return. They always only think how much money they will be have if they put more and more money on it, and don't think investation is a high risk activation, they will be become homeless if they fail. There is a real example, one of my friends gave his all money to one of his friends, because that man told him that he could let the money increase 20% rate in a year. When I heard that, I told him don't put all eggs in one basket, but in his eyes, there were only a large money he will have. However, just few months ago, his friend disappeared, and he couldn't find him. He felt terriable angry but it is no use. Everything has two sides, so we can't just look at one side of it. We can persuit the good side and also we should prepare a plan B for the bad side. Diviate your resource into several parts, let the risk discribe.
