Nowadays,team work has been required in many situations so that how to cooperate effectively and get well with the team menbers is becoming more and more significant during the working process.Some sociologists believe that the key towards well-organized team is maintaining trust to each other. From the purely psychological point of view,staffs would feel more comfortable if there are no suspicions to their ethics and qualities.On the contrary,the brain drain will come into existence if every menber never trusts with each other and works seperatively.In addition,keeping trust will benefit the group with improving the sense of belonging among staffs which contributes towards job satisfaction and work efficiency eventually.Coherence comes up with trust and segregation replaces it when there are no trust. Overall,I would suggest that every people should maintain the original belief in others no especially in teamwork as only in this way can we focus on our own task and perfect our results without doubts to others' abilities.
