To address the issue,effective measures should be taken.First,the customers should come to the realization of the severe consequences.Second,the scientists are supposed to offer some constructive suggestions and create more disposable material to offer a radical solution to our environment.Third,the government also shoulders some responsibilities,for it launches less relevant laws and regulations to penalize those who throw garbage anywhere.Only make joint efforts,can our environment get sustainable and healthy development.
