Effective measures should be taken to address the issue.For one thing,individuals should come to the realization that a harmonious nature will provide a platform for making a living and transform from one who throw rubbish to one who protect the environment instead.For another,the government should set relevant laws and regulations to penalize those who pollute our environment.Only make the joint efforts,can this issue be tackled completely.
