同意或者不同意，都是错误的。不结合具体情况，无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好：跟老板、同事沟通，face-to-face communication更好；跟愤怒的投诉顾客，telephone更好一些；跟情人沟通，当然face-to-face更好。
作者词汇基础不错，在学术词汇的积累上还要再接再厉，要加强拼写；若增加一些从句的使用，文章会取得更好的成绩；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用。
With the coming of internet era and multi-mothed`s communication is more received. For example, chinachat, messages,telephone calls or video-calling. There is less and less for time of face to face communication, meanwhile, it also produced some estrangement.My idea is that the best communication effect is completed by be choosed the different way of communication, and the important factors of the communitional result are communicational skills, objects and environment. Let us imagine several scene: Scene one: In your hands there is a project. And you need that to exchange of informations to director about it and listen to director`s views. At this moment, our best choice is that to submit a full written material, and then we may face to face debate after the director have been read it. Like this, make a communicational platform of the informatin equality that to avoid director`s embarrassment about can not immediately put forward the reasonable and available views. Scene two: If we who are the customer service staff and recieve the complains from customers in everyday. In usual condition, telephone call is a convenient and efficient way. The face to face communication can easily lead to bad emotion, thus can not easily achieve nicely communication effect. But be used to telephone call not only resolve the problem of go bananas about face to face, but also to resolve issues quickly by each other`s conversation. Scene three: We transfer the demonstration of love and care to our lover. That`s when there are many ways that we can do that. For example, we can express our love by love-dovey letters and emotional words. Or through a telephone call to say good night for each other, it is comfort that let each other. Or in face to face communication, it can achieve the purpose of impress affection between each other that the emotion by simple body language. In summurize, the form of communication to turn along with the changes of the communicational scene, object and skill, thus to complete real and full communication.
