注意审题。是teenager而不是college students。Teenagers have jobs，这显然是一个BAD idea。Teenager，意指十几岁的孩子——16岁或者18岁以下(18岁以上就是adult了，16、7的孩子往往被称之为 young adults。参见：[61])。雇用童工(Employing children labor)目前在很多国家是非法(illegal)的。也违反国际儿童保护条约(International Children Act )。允许雇用童工，或存在童工现象，都是一个国家落后愚昧的表现。不要说teenager打工可以锻炼自我，teenager需要的是接受教育，健康成长；不要说teenager打工可以认识社会，teenager还不具备足够的心理承受能力(psychological endurance)，过早步入社会 (early exposure to the real world)，只能导致世界观、价值观(out look of world, value, etc.)的扭曲(deteriorated; distorted)。作者词汇基本功不错，建议今后多用学术词汇；可适当增加长句和复杂句的使用；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用。
As a Chinese saying goes "Job is a mark of maturity embodying ability to stand on our own feet." However, many hold the view that this word does make sense but not for students, for the reasons studying prevail over working. What I want to emphasis on is that occupations can not only help us better understand our knowledges but also give us a chance to get independent. On the one hand, no matter which major we choose, we will finally be subject to a situation where we have to handle with every problem beyond artificial conditions on our textbooks. Therefore, we will enable to sharpen our intellect. Otherwise, if we could only remain coping question mechanically, how can we truly understand and apply our learning? One more step, we do make a big difference. For example, when I began to take accounting classes. I found it is extremely hard for me to master. Trial balance, balance sheet and various entries fly pass my eyes just spinning out of control! I cannot even figure the most simple question in my exam out. After long deliberation, I decided to get a intern experience. All of a sudden , I came to realize connections between every transactions and events. I got a huge progress! What's more, On the other hand, we are usually get used to be taken care of. We take sanctuary in our parent's love. Nevertheless, when we are confronted with this complex society, loneliness and helplessness come from no where. That's a milestone every one of us need to cover in our lives. Nobody can look after us forever. Being independence is a crucial ingredient of our growing. We need rise to occasion rather than evade challenges. We can see many brilliant grant people step into job when they are studying. Bill even abandon his degree. There is no definite way of growing. We can never deny it's still a good choice to broaden our horizon by accepting a job at part time. Admittedly, over working might distract our attention from studying which is important for us. But that doesn't mean we can never keep a balance between study and work. Compared with its advantages, we should push ourselves forward to embrace a brighter future. Never take any excuse for giving up a chance of making us perfect.
