Some people ask what is the most critical factor for success? Different people have different answers. Including chance ,knowledge,education and so on .maybe, each of perspectives seems like a reasonable one. But in my opinions strong will is the most important step for success. Only you have strong will can you got power to face difficulties. when you encounter suffering and frustration. This time ,you never surrender and submission until victory. Great mission should be undertook by the person who is firmness. Because the great mission will not be easy ,facing huge obstacles.the determining person always sticks to work, no matter how it is difficult. It’s the same as students.no pain no gain,if you don’t study hard, you won’t become useful person.
