There is no doubt that smoking is unfavorable for our body. What are smoking of effect that it will have bad effect in our heart even though cause heart disease and cancer. It is reported that about 2.5 million people die because af smoking all over the world. In my opinion,it is hard to quit smoking because people is used to do it and cigarette has nicotine that make people like it. In fact, people took a series of measure that warned people the harm of smoking and was not allowed smoking in public and advertised advertisng and set World No Tobacco Day.
