With the development of the society, we need to possess some personal qualities. It is true that we are all agree that if we want to be successful in today's world we need some qualities that are necessary fro us. In my view, I think there are some certain qualities as following. First of all, the most important personal quality is honest. As I were child, my parents told me that everyone should be honest and honest is our Chinese traditional virtue that we are responsible to boost it. If we have honest, we can get other' s respect and trust, which is the key to success for us. Besides, we have the team spirit. This is a pluralistic world with many talent. None can achieve anything by himself without cooperation. We should be aware that team work is the most important part of our society. In the group, we can learn a lot from each other. What's more, we can practice ourselves in this working environment. Last but not least, we need to continuously learn. As we all know, our world is filled with dramatically competition. If we still stand at the original point, we will be lag behind and we are losers. So we have to learn all the way. Only we do this, can we be stronger and more competitive. As the saying goes only the stronger survive. Especially in the competitive world,we would be the losers if we don't arm ourselves. In a word, people need to be hones, have team spirit and continuously learn. If we could do all of them, we can be the winners.
