Nowaday,with the development of economy,more and more people lead a better life,so that the number of private car owners are increasing rapidly.But the emission of cars causes a terribile pollution,making the enviroment worse than before.Just take Beijing as an example,it is absolutely impossible to see a clear and blue sky in this city,which denotes the severity of pollution.And one of the biggest reasons leading to such pollution is emission of cars.Therefore,in order to improve the air quality and environment pollution,it is impendisable for us to lessen the amount of cars.And enforcing the "pollution tax" sounds a excellent method. In a word,I hold the opinion that the pollution tax can arise people's attention toward envirnmental protection.What's more,there is not doubt that paying for pollution is private car owners' responsibility.
