I decide to go on a diet and workout for someone laugh at my fat. since then I always get up around 6 A.M. and jogging around the park for half an hour. And all the foods which I favorite were forbidden. At the beginning, I was almost died tired to do exercise and just had a twice meal each day. Two months passed finally, through working my butt off everyday, I was used to this kind of style of life, and makes me shock is when I stand in the front of the mirror, I was not able to wear the fat jeans anymore, I lost my weight about 10 pounds! One of my friends paid my visit one day, she was surprise when she saw me, and she told me that I was not as far as ever. I am proud of myself that I persist to catch my goals!
