I decide to go on a diet and workout for someone laugh at my fat. Since then I always get up around 6 A.M. and jogging around the park for half an hour. And all the foods were forbidden which my favorite. At the beginning, I was almost died tired to do exercise and just had twice meal each day. Two months passed finally, through working my butt off every day, I am used to this kind of style of life, and I was shocked is when I stood in the front of the mirror, I lost my weight about 10 pounds! One of my friends paid my visit yesterday, she was surprise when she saw me, and she told me that I was not as far as ever. I am proud of myself that I persist in catching my goals!
