Dear sir, I sincerely express my appreciation to you as you can read my application in your busy schedule. It is my dream that can apply successfully to go aboard for further study,and I firmly believe it can help me pave the way of pursuit of dream. I am a person of Nanjing through and through. Most of time in my life to study and work is in the city with profound culture，where six ancient capitals ever had been set up.Nowadays,several top of universities in China are here,including my alma mater,as the greatest college in Nanjing,it has experienced no less than 100 years' history.I can not help holding back my excited feeling once I refer to this university since he gave me the most valuable treasures as well as the direction of my career during the developmental phase of my life. By now,I have finished all my postgraduate curriculum with excellent grades.Like most of the researchers,I am also fond of natural science which ask for the altitudes of diligent and careful,and saying proudly that I have enough stamina to do those things even so boring in others' eyes,which must determined by my characteristics of still and quiet. As a postgraduate student,I think it was the most wonderful time I spent when it comes to my college life.Not only does it full of the things which can interests me,but also someone I meet are so nice that give me a hand when I lose myself and soaked in sorrow.To tell the truth,I really enjoy my job which can often stimulate my creative and inspiration and to help me find something new.My tutor as well as my guide for life,trying his best to excavate my potential in scientific research.Above of all can be demonstrated by my achievements and rewards that I acquired during my study. Then,I have some experiences of my life to share with you.Everyone has ever undergone hardship,and you could be influenced by it so deeply that some positive changes happen to you,so did I.My major in school is nature science which demanded that trade on any valuable data or evidence to support your research provided you want your paper can convince others.Once time,I did a research in measuring trace elements that contained in soil,which needed us to be enough careful and have proficient manipulation skills.It was no doubt a difficult task for me to accomplish it due to my poor manipulation ability.Obvious of the consequence,I fair to do it because of the lake of proficiency skill and anxiety emotion.This experience seemly not be worth being referred to for you,but it did make me gradually become more profession in the aspect of experiment operating,since my tutor educated me that you must practice more and do everything perfectly by your efforts if you want to be a scientist,you never saw anyone can easily become a scientist with poor abilities in certain aspect.A tiny thing but give me a lot. I don's know do you ever had the time when you were isolated by someone who can not reach a consensus with you.Yes,I did. How sorrow and helpless you would experience.However,the strong faith in my mind that I believe myself and I can do it,and it helped me overcome these challenges.This thing happened during the process of my experiment,I found something different in my result,compared with theory result.Many people thought I had made mistakes in my experiment .But I did not deny my result immediately,instead,choosing to repeat my experiment again and again to find if something wrong in it.Finally, I did the hypothesis that not be found by previous researchers.Unfortunately,when I turned my idea to my tutor,he did not agree my hypothesis at all,even suspended I didn't completely pay my attention to this experiment.How sorrow I feel at that time when nobody can stand by you.Only one way can persuade others was that explore the reason why this different result can be found and test it was truth.There were a saying goes that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.In the end,I found the reason was that I just utilize the other method on this experiment,and it did attest to the true of my hypothesis.The positive appraisal from my tutor and my colleagues had driven out my bad mood completely.Although I was denied by them at the beginning,thanks to their suspension to promote my spirit of research which play a key role in my future life on research.I never feel regret to insist on my viewpoint before and after even that I have to undergo the suspicion from others,just because I have firm resolve to find the truth and explain for myself. In a word,most of the experience of my research were happy ending,although sometimes,it comes across some troubles of putting my confidence down.Next,I tend to talk about a place what you may like as the same to me or not.Library is the place I often visit due to quite circumstance and strong scholarship atmosphere which can arouse my desire for exploration.Admitively, I think the library in college for me is the same as the theme park in children' s eyes,as it is filled with unknown things as well as interesting stories that can fascinate you to explore and find.Definite to say,the library,as the second guide of mine except for my tutor, has given me much knowledge of problem solving.There is a saying that goes in China,read a lot and make a trip further. When I come across difficult problems which I can not deal with,I will turn to my tutor or colleagues for help,and then,the same important step without question is looking up materials in library where you will find more information you need and solve your problems.Sometimes,you even can get some knowledge even more than it you have in hand in the class. Above all are my stories or things I have experienced during my college life.In my eyes,the grades and test scores do can testify some of your abilities but not the whole which also involve your life and your experience,as I firmly suppose that both of your inspiration and creativity are lighted by them.So,do not be afraid of making mistakes or adventuring to try something new,and life always can reward you anyway.
