作者词汇表达较丰富准确，不过学术词汇的积累还有很大的空间；简单句比重稍微偏高，注意个别句子错误；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用。

It is very important for us to make friends with others ,work together with others and communicate with friends on maintaining trust.Trust is one thing that we can't see and touch with our hands .How do we keep on maintaining trust? First of all,I think we should't be doubt the people who are around us.A boss must be confident about his staffs.A employer must believe the employee's ability.The parents must give enough trust on their children.Secondly,we should share more things with our friends whenever we are and wherever we are.In this way ,we can inrease our relationship with our friends and we can release our pressure which appear our life.So we can relax us. Last but no least,everyone should give more chances to others .Let them have one more chance to succeed.
