At the same time,the emphasis for experience is also compelling,because in society people will have to combat with practical affairs and to train interpersonal skills which cannot be accessible in books and universities.Honestly,from the perspective of many adults and seniors,experience is more influential than curricular lore after stepping into the labor market.In addition,that a student with perfect scores who just now attain an employment cannot obtain high salary is the obvious proof that experience is more pivotal than knowledge in books. In conclusion,on the basis of above analysis,kowledge and experience have distinctive importance in different stages.Thus,students in schools should study laboriously to get knowledge and the employee should focus on heightenning the prectical skills.
