It is widely acknowledged that government investment has play a key role in many relevant industries ,which truly accelerate the development of the whole society.Meanwhile,there is an argument about whether the financial supports from government should go to Public health and education or for Arts.In my opinion,governments have to make a balance between these two sides. Admittedly,there is no doubt that the positive growth of sanitation and education lay a foundation of community 's stability.Initially,education is advantageous to individuals and society .But With a majority of people have the right to go to schools in contemporary ,there may exist a devoid of the resources of education ,including educators and education facilities ,for example.Therefore,the government have to make appropriate budget to education and give a financial aid in this aspect.Furthermore,the development of public health is as essential as education,which can be regarded as one of the most basic factors to depend on the prosperity of society .Because which is a precondition that only to establish a health living place for each inhabitant can the related industries to be managed regularly.So,governments need to distribute a huge number of capital to sanitation and maintain the public infrastructure.
