With the rapidly developing society where people bump into various challenges about what is the value of life,what is the most worthwhile for us to purchase and how we can fulfill ourselves,the larbor market is no longer the simplistic market which just sells workers and technicians.Nowadays,employees have more diverse requirements for their would-be companies and their employers.Subsequently,what can achieve a brilliant supervisor is increasingly influential for those leaders who want to accomplish the success of the entire enterprise including themselves and the employees,and even the prosperity of the profession.In my view,there are at least three significant factors affecting the capacity of becoming an exceptional supervisor. First of all,the excellence of supervisor themselves is the principal element in the comprehensive system.Obviously,only if supervisors have plenty of knowledge,lore and techniques,the subordinate will obey the company's instruction and regulation.Moreover,under the condition where a supervisor is not powerful and charming enough,those colleagues whose ambition and ability are superior will not follow him/her and perhaps will re-consider their stance about whether they will stay here.Thus,certainly,the excellence of supervisors must be so compelling that no one will not in the mercy of them. Secondly,supervisors also have the inviting characteristics,such as the intrepid courage,the stubborn tenacity and affluent self-confidence.Therefore,when team's project bump into dilemma or difficulties,the supervisor will encourage other wariors untill the final consequence will bloom.Furthermore,the supervisor can also be the close friend who gives advice and instruction to those employees who confront drawbacks,no matter about career plan or personal life. Finally,the designation for future plan and the ambitious goal are also the crucial task for an eligible leader.Apart from other traits,a supervisor must possess the capacity about drawing spectacular future,in order to motivate the whole team and to make it real.Actually,it is the profound goal that provides the far-reaching fidelity and stimuli for everyone. In conclusion,a brilliant supervisor must handle at least above qualities so that he/she can promote the efficacy of the team and at the same time establish a splendid individual impression.In addition,in an increasingly diverse society,those qualities will be unrelentingly vital.
