With the rapidly developing society which complicates the public relationship and the personal communication among the social wed,it is commonly accepted that we will inevitably involve in a complex interpersonal structure,no matter in companies,government or office.Subsequently,how to become an eligible colleague has increasingly been of significance in the future.In the term of my experience and knowledge,I think that there are at least three crucial elements about becoming a brillian co-worker. First of all,the excellence of ourselves is the principal element.Only if we are intellectual enough,knowledgeable and emulous,we can respect reciprocally and catalyze each other.For instance,when our colleagues are much more exceptional than ourselves,we cannot collaborate with high proficiency.The structure and level of knowledge will obviously affect our ability to tackle problems emerging in tasks.Even thogh we can co-operate with those who have larger capacity and ambition,the relation will not be of long duration. Secondly,the compatibility is also extremely influential in harmonizing the collaboration.In most cases,the individuality plays a vital role in an assignment which needs a team's efforts.If we want to hearten each other and keep compatible relation,we had better share the unanimous interests,habits and dreams.Obviously,people who have the affection to each other will be easier to collaborate with true heart and in full blast,thus promoting the efficiency in large degree. Finally,we must learn to energize each other and provide assistance for overcoming difficulties.Actually,it is the drawbacks that make us mature and check the fidelity.Granted,we all hope that our life can be auspicious and progressive,but,undoubtedly,sometimes obstructions are ineluctable.Therefore,confronting dilemma,we must offer motivation for each other and continue hand by hand.Perhaps,personally thinking,this sense of belonging and understanding is much more splendid than any achievements themselves. In conclusion,I believe that there are at least three foundamental elements including excellence,compatiblity and motivation,for becoming a successful co-worker.As long as we are related with others,the three factors do not only function in office,but also in any cases where we are friends,family and even strangers
