With the rapidly developing society which provides more various options for what is the most quintessential element in our life,people will hold diverse ideas about the money which in the past and in the underdeveloped stage is the crucial factor of a job.Subsequently,someone thinks that the monetary aspects are no longer the marrow in personal life,but there are still untold people who believe the magical power of the money.In my opinion,the money cannot truly be the categorical element,because human,as emotional creature rather than figures coming from some fictions or sardonic novels,has more ambitions worthwhile to be purchased. Firstly,social responsibility should be the vital factor which governs our deeds.Obviously,dedicating ourselves into social optimization and progress is more meaningful than just earning money.Personally thinking,how to calculate the meaning of a job cannot rely on how much money you earn but on how many people you help.For instance,in the United States of America,Bill Gates has been extremly famous for his legendary story of starting his own business and making his enterprise successful.However,after he made the decision that he and his wife will abandon all dollars and shares in order to patronize charitable organization,people suddenly realize that it is not the money that makes the life spectacular. Secondly,in individual life and the process of human civilization,there are much more values which are more precious than the money.As for the values which cannot be measured by monetary factors,certainly almost everyone will be confident to enumerate dozens of ideas,such as friendship,filial relationship and love.However,the money earned from a job cannot guarantee ourselves to attain them. Finally,from the perspective of a country,the gross money is also not the criteria of advancement and development.In most cases,the power and potential of a nation is undoubtedly bound up with the productivity of the agriculture and the industry which in turn are both decided by the capacity of scientists and technologists.Although,the Gross Domestic Production is also critical for calculating the degree of development,the index does not proportionally related with the happiness and the degree of culture.Therefore,if people work laboriously with true heart,they will not consider the money as the significant aspect but the contribution they can make. In conclusion,I think that the money is not the most important aspect of a job.Because of above reasons,the money is just a superficial element,but the inner value of a job is more splendid.
