With the rapidly developing economy which increasingly explores the underdeveloped corners and takes advantage of various resources,recently the authority has been involved in the commercial tide and then announced that a large shopping center may be built in our neighborhood.However,what is surprising is about the dichotomy about whether the shopping center should be built in our community.Some neighbors think that the new shopping center which will cause much noise and destroy old architecture,will bring demerits,but other people believe that the new facility will make our life more convenient.Personally thinking,I hold this idea that the construction of the new shopping center will apparently bring untold benefits to our community. Firstly,from the perspective of economy,the construction will catalyze the economic development,in at least three aspects.For one thing,the new building must create large demand for raw material such as concrete,wood and sand,which will absorb superfluous production and in turn nudge progressive development.In addition,when the shopping center is under operation already,it must hire many worekers,clerk and manager.Thus,the consistent operation will be beneficial for placating the unemployment rate and optimizing the labor market.Third,consumers who frequently step into the center will activate the communal economy. Secondly,the new shopping center will truly facilitate our life.For instance,residents living in the community can save time and shorten the distance by purchasing commodities in the adjacent center,instead of driving to remote supermarket. Thereby,the shopping center will make our life more convenient. Finally,the architecture will energize the atmosphere of our community in some ways.Obviously,in modern society where people are busy in diurnal workload and addictive in personal life,citizens have been acclimatized with the aloof relationship among neighborhood.This bizarre phenomenon is so conspicuous that the government and experts have initiated numerou actions to promote the harmonic relation.Now,the shopping center can play a sigificant role in serving as public place where residents can enrich their community experience and then improve the reciprocal cogitation when they are shopping. In conclusion,in my opinion,the construction of the new shopping center will enhance the welfare and be conducive for advancement through at least above three asoects.Eventually,I stand back in the proponent of supporting the construction of a large shopping center.
