不同意比较好写一些。Entire是一个过于绝对的修饰词。雇用人员的原则是:The employees should be able to create more than they are paid.  但是,The business also has responsibility to support those old employees, especially when they have contributed a lot to the business.

With the rapidly developing society where people have more various opportunities of employment and motley value to purchase,some enterprises have announced that they will hire employees for their entire lives.Subsequently,some experts,especially the leaders of workers' union vehemently extol this policy which to some extent uproots the unemployment.In contrast,some economists disagree with this regulation by pointing out the fact that this regulation will undermine our economy.In my opinion,the policy that businesses should hire employees for their entire lives will actually bring several disadvantages. Firstly,this regulation is contradictory with the almighty spirit of free market,i.e."the egalitarian distribution of resource and the freedom of allocation ".From the perspective of economics,it is the "equality law" and "freedom" that govern the regular operation of economy and the development of the gross production.Furthermore,in terms of the microeconomics,that businesses will hire live-long employees will unquestionably reinforce the strength of the Union,thus making approximately impossible the decline of the salary and then the whole cost.Also,in the light of the macroeconomics,the regulation makes less flexible the operation of commercial affairs and industrial production. Secondly,the regulation will be detrimental for the efficiency of employees,including workers and managers.Obviously,employees who have obtained the "permanent" contract will be carefree anf freewheeling,because they have no fear that they will be redundant in the future.Ironically,those employees working in companies which do not implement this kind of policy certainly have to heighten their professional skills and abilities for the sake of being up-to-date.Consequently,both of them,companies and employees,can enhance their effectiveness and create more splendid future hand in hand. Finally,the regulation will inevitably incur some issues about the Labor Law and even the Constitution.For instance,the policy will perhaps violate the clause in the law system about the freedom to chose profession and personal life.Moreover,if a person who wants to switch his/her profession,it is unlikely to reorganize his/her schedule. In conclusion,personally thinking,the policy that businesses will hire employees for their entire lives will be deleterious for almost every aspect,such as economic advancement,the proficiency of enterprises and employees and law availability.Thus,the shortcomings of the regulation are so preeminent that businesses had better avoid its realistic practice.
