it is a commmon practice all over the world all over the world to send crimals to posion and reform criminals ,such as education and skii training.there is a fact that after a certain term of imprisionment some law breakers should be set free and nter the society.through the educational the skill training will exert some positve efffects on public security and justice . it would have a educational efffect on those who intend to commit crimes.by contrast,if criminals can escape punishment ,there is a risk hat the crim would rise and the sociry would become unsatable and dangerous. in addation, it is vital for criminals to gain knowledge ang trained to be skilled workers in some fields so that they could draw on their skills to earn a decent living after finishing their terms in prision. if they fail to master the basic skills of making a living do not have a proper legal sense , they more likely to perform some anti social actions again.in this sense, educational and job training play a key role in helping those offenders tuen over a new leaf . overrall ,i do not deny the function of porsion in punishment and deterring crim. however,this practice cannot turn over criminals turn into law abiding without the help of other effective measures.thereforce, a combimation of different solutions is a perfect way to cut down crim rates
