In my life, many times I was told about important of communication. when I was young, I couldn't reconginize that, and got hurt because of being not good at communication. People have different purpose, knowlege foundation, and religious issues, etc. always have varify understanding about one thing, so when we are working together, living together, communication is very ensential to get our goal. My indurstry of job is software enginnering, I deeply know software development is team work, it only can be accomplished by efficient team, efficient team depends on good communication. Not only software indurstry, other many activity is the same. Luckly, now we have many ways for communication, such as email, phone, msn.But the best manner always is face to face.
