But the great number of such experiences, the high level of minor but constant irritations if disorienting. People in this situation usually do not know why they feel the way they do, what is causing their frustration, their depression and their restlessness.

Going with increasing pace of globalisation, the amount of individuals going abroad are increasing expotentially, which inevitably lead to culture crash. Therefore, hot debates are prevailing that how to learn local culture when you want to enjoyed different culture and why someones do not like to learn different one. In the following, I will show a few methods to learn other culture and indentify two main reasons to explain why the opposites dislike to learn. There are three aspects to get closer to the other culture. One of the most effective way is to live and speak with locals who are embodies of abstract culture. In other words, their lifestyle and the manners they are thinking and speaking are alive local culture. What is more, we can get explanation and answers from them in a short time when confused instead of going to libraries and spend a whole day to read long history. Sencondary, paying visits to some places of interest is a good choice. As we know, places of interests always have a great meanings to the local, which is a essential part of local culture. For example, many famous churches , like Westminster Abbey, have many pictures on wall or sculptures which not only tell the history but also would affect the value of next generations. Moreover, it is an easy and relaxe way to get access to the local culture. The last but not the least is depening on documentation. A Lirary is a good place to find the events in the past. While, I have to admit that it is a boring way but also help us to know the culture much deeper. Hence, communicating with local individuals, visit the local places and using books help us to be close to the local culture. There are still many people dislike to learn new culture. On one hand, too much attention to other culture could lead to the loss of our own culture, especial for the minorities and developing countries, which are reservable. For example, the invasion of western culture leads to many african culture disappear as the generations are attracted by the westerners. On the hand, some conflictions or wars are related to the increasing culture learning. Because misunderstanding could happen when learning. Therefore, no to touch the local culture could reduce the cconflicts. In a word, loss of our own culture and increasing conflicts could go with learning local culture. To conclude, communicating with local people, visiting local places of interests and digging into books are good accesses to local culture as they are the embodies and witness of local culture. While, increasing loss of our own culture and increasing conflicts are the possible results going with learning local culture which stop some people not to get access to other culture.
