Private Car Owners Should Be Taxed For Pollution Recently government agencies in some big cities have been studying the possibility of putting a "pollution tax" on private cars. As far as I am concerned, private car owners should be taxed for pollution. As we all know, because of the occurence of private cars, more and more carbon dioxide appears in the air. The carbon dioxide, one of the greenhouse gas, leads to the climate getting warmer directly. Then, the ice will start to melt, the height of the sea will rise. As time goes by, the people who live around the sea will face to the dangers. If the private car owners tax for pollution, the government can raise the money to create a new technical machine to absorbe the greenhouse gas or harmful gas in the air. By doing so, the catastrophe won't take place. All in all, in my opinion, private car owners should be taxed for pollution. We can use the money to create new technology to improve our air.
