Recently,with the development of economy and technology.There are more and more people have their own private cars.At the same time,the debate of should limit the number of private car is more and more stronger.In my opinions,private car owners should be taxed for pollution so as to reduce the environmental problems. Why I have the view like that?There are some of my reasons.First,the problems of traffic and environment in the city is more serious result in the number of private car continuously increase.The quality of people's life is being decreased.Second,there are more and more car accidents happen because drunk drive,and a lot of people lost their life because of that.So private car owners become taxers of pollution is a good way to aviod this tragedy.Finally,this policy can effectively support the development of public transportation,which contributes to achieve the green life. All in all,in order to solve the problems of pollution and traffic,it is necessary to control of the number of cars.Private car owners be taxed for poulltion that will have a good influence on social development.
