Nowadays,the number of people using mobile phone ia growing larger and larger.Meanwhile,there are many problems along with the phone springing up ,which attract our attention very much. They are as follows. First,in my opinion,overusing the phone could hurt our bodies including eyes,head and fingers.Result from staring on the phone all the time,our necks also aches from time to time,which is the foundation of the serious disease.Meantime our sight get weaker and weaker as well. Second,to my way of think,as we spend too much time on playing the phone,then we do not spare enough time for other things,no sports and our bodies will get weak ,no communication and our relationships with others could be damaged badly.Our fiends will feel unfamiliar with us.Our families must criticize us when we are found playing the phone all the time. Last but not least,there are much false information on the phone coming from the Internet.We could be cheated and be mislead to do sometings illegal. In a word,we must change our bad habit of overusing the phone.
