Fast food is popular with many people in China,especially among teenagers and children.It has been caused by at least four things,one of them is that fast food can save one's time and is convenient for us.Another is that the fast food restaurant is tidy and comfortable.Others is that it can be eat both in the restaurant and at home.But from the way of nutrition,fast food is not satisfying. In my opinion,if you do not have enough time to have lunch,you can try a fast food only sometimes,while children should eat fast food as little as they can.
