Increasing number of people feel their quality of life is gradually declining in large cities.Actually,several reasons can be easily found that cause this situation. Admitely,the quick pace of life never allow people to make use of enough time to enjoy their life,instead make them feel more tired,and the big pressure from work and life ask them to do like this.Then,their sense of happiness and satisfactory will be reduced as the consequence.In the other hand, the environment pollution in cities also is a problem that people worry about,especially for those people who resident in the places with many mineral industries,having to care about their health day and night.Nowadays,scientists have testify that many chronic diseases are intimately relevant with environment pollution,such as heart attack,lung cancer and so on.In addition,other reasons also can lead to the decreasing of life quality.Many people are unemployment due to economy crisis or large competition,which can make them lose direction and confidence in life. How to raise up the life of quality in cities has become a heat topic discussed among citizens.Firstly,the most important thing we can change is to invert people's psychology about their life,that is to say,we can elevate their sense of satisfactory and happiness about life by encouraging them to join physical activities and broadening their social circle,which can make them feel less lonely.At the same time,government should take some measures to promote the rate of employ to make sure more people can gain the opportunities to work.Then,environment problems also should be tackled as soon as possible,as it has close relationship with health.
