As is shown the chart above, the both charts is completely oppsite.The first chart—life expectance—shows that people's hope towards life are taller in 1990 than 1960.The second chart—infant mortality—shows that infant mortality is lower in 1990 than 1960.There are many possible reasons, for example, the improved leve of living,healthcare and so on. In my opinion of view, in 1960, China is in recession before innovation.People have not enough food and money,so lower life expectancy towards life. And healthcare is poor, short of advantageous equiments and talents, so as to taller infant mortality.In 1990, China is fastly advancing after innovation. Because of supplymentary foods , accessible jobs ,and greater healcare, people are full of expectance to life, infant mortality is lowing.
