In the procession of accumulating experience, students might meet with different difficulties, which will push them to find out proper ways to finish their tasks in order to get their destination, this progress is like nurturing growth, because there might be different circumstances when farmers nurturing their seeds. Finally, the more experiences a student got, the more can be used by himself in the future, and everything will be more easier for himself, which is like harvesting the rewards. In conclusion, it is not easy for a student to reach success, and it is also not easy for farmers to get harvest, so a student's success in university study follows the pattern as that of farming.
