Advertising discourages people from being different individuals by making us all want to do the same and look the same. Do you agree or disagree?

题目讲解:

题义理解上有那么一点难!但是总之都跟广告有关。

广告使人们都看上去一样,也就是广告的宣传效应会影响人们的消费行为 manipulate people's buying behaviour然后掀起一些特定品牌的时尚create fashion。也就是去写广告的影响力会使一些brands垄断市场monopolise the market。
但是广告其实并不会使人们都一样,我们不能低估人们对于产品质量和个人喜好的理性underestimate people's rationality to products quality and the influence of personal preference.
这么一分析,还是我们说的广告经典题,广告到底能不能影响人们的消费!

Nowadays, advertisements exist everywhere,including television, internet website and bus station. Because of the attraction from advertisements, people always buy some consumer goods which is not real need. One of the factors is that advertising company prefer to find some famous and popular movie stars or singer to represent this product. The customer, especially teenagers, are willing to buy their favorite stars' products, no matter they will use it or not. For example, the embedded marketing is the hottest topic in commercial movies. In detail, as big fans of Transformer, they must be impressive about the plot of Shuhua Milk. Another reason is misleading and fraudulent advertising. Internet advertising has taken the largest part of them. If you shop on the Internet, you can see the pictures of this product. However, you have no idea about how to confirm the truth. For instance, girls bought some medicine for losing weight due to the compared picture on the website. Nevertheless, most of time, the website staff just used photo-shop to make a faked picture. Lastly, plenty of people just follow the tendency to buy the most popular goods without consideration about whether it fit themselves or not, although the truth is that most of them will never use it again. With the development of technology, advertising will become a critical industry in the future. Customer must be rational to make sure that they can buy the suitable goods with low price and high quality.
