With the advancement of human society, leadership has become an increasingly cardial quality frequently referred to in our modern time. More and more people would be curious about the question that what is leadership and as a leader, what kind of quality should he possess. As far as I am concerned, three factors are mostly essential to make a great leader. First and foremost, communication skills. As a competent leader, one should know how to communicate with his team members so that he can know the thoughts lying in each person and promote latest information between his group. Secondly, motivation. Invariably every fundamental worker likes to follow the leading of an active man. An excellent leader should take active part in group tasks and in this way try his best to motivate others. Last but not he least, skills in organization and analysis. As a matter of fact, we will come into obstacles along our daily work ever now and then. And in that case, a sophisticated leader can find a correct and effective solution in the earliest time, which is rather important under today's backgroup of a pacing up society. In brief, an impressive leader should obtain many knowledges in his special field as well as skill to handle interpersonal relationships. Among these qualities, communication, motivation and organization skills, as I think, should be of prime importance.
