I sppose that it is not wise to judge people by appearance.The capacity of person is not depend on their appearance.Just like we buy watermelons,the one which looks very beautiful always let you down.That tell us it is not rational.In our daily life.there really does have a kind of discrimination to some one who don't have a good appearance When they are finding job and so on.we should neglect the view of that.
