With the development of technology most of people now live in a modern lifestyle which is convenience and time-saving. However, though there are some merits brought by the city, some people still claim living in a rural area is better than living around a lot of people. In my own perspective, I believe the benefits that come from the city are much more than those of rural areas. It's true that living in rural area can be more health, because this place usually has better air quality than the city. The air quality is really in severe situation in some big cities because of the car emission. What's more, living in rural areas means that you can free from the traffic jam which is annoying but unavoidable in the cities. However I think the benefits of living in cities weigh out its disadvantages. Firstly, living in the cities means you can get more resource than in rural areas in some way, such as the educational resource. The government always invests the money into big city to improve the education systems rather than putting the money into the rural places. So if you live in the city you can receive a better education which is good for your future career and makes you more competitive than someone who didn't get good education. What's more, living in the city can be convenience and funny, because there are many supermarkets and shopping building in the city so that you can buy anything you desire to freely. Plus, there also some amusement park for people to have fun and relax themselves which can't find in the rural places. All in all, though living in rural areas is healthier, I still prefer to live in the cities because of it’s convince lifestyle and sufficient resources.
