The survey shows that many students have become shortsighted at a very young age. At present, about 70 percent of the students are shortsighted. There are several reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, students don't have enough sleep. Secondly, they often read books, do their homework and use computer for a long time without a break, which is harmful for their eyes. Eyes are very important for everyone of us, so we should take some measures to protect them.To begin with, we should do eyes exercise and do more physical exercises. In addition, we should develop a good habit of using eyes, for example, taking a break regularly. Besides, I think we should get closer to the nature, then we'll protect our eyes better.
