However,a controversy about this phenomenon arise.Some people are in favor of this phenomenon in that rating for universities helps college for choosing more intellgent talent.At the same time,they think,level is a strong proof to prove someones' ability.On the contrary,other people hold a quite different point of view.They agree that today many people by hook or by crook for getting rank. Level no longer is the original meaning and as a password to the high status. In my opinion,I think rating for university is a good way to change the status quo and makes it better.But there are something worthto be stressed:ranking is not the only standard to reflect personal ability.
