With the developing of our sciaty ,more and more students get higher degrees.But there are hundreds of graduating students getting an unsatified job or even no job.The employers are likely to choose the people who has a much higher degree.It's unwise. First ,the one they wanted is not who is good at school works,but who do well in study.Study how to work out all the problems they faced with.Second,work your works not just as reading books.We can't drudge someone smart or not by looking his or her degree.We should also take the operation into conderation.Besides,when select the candidates,the employers need to know whether applicants can adapt their new job easily.People only in their good condition can make effections. So ,I think ,if you want a satisfied candidate,then take their study ability ,operation ability and adaptation ability into condition.
