Currently, the urban attraction is infinity increasing with its the advancement on high speed then therefore a large number of young person prefer to leave their hometown and go to cities for studying or working. It is obvious that young people can get more job's chances. Furthermore, they can also enjoy the life in the higher quality. In my point of views, nothing is absolute in the world. To begin with, the urban development rapidly will lead to intense competitiveness in working and expensive tuition fee in studying, which many young is unable to handle the issues. Secondly, the urban population grows that means the number of rural people will decrease. Thus, the difference of city and countryside will be increasing. In addition, the higher consumption in city is always the primary issue young people must face. The last one but not least, family is the most warm and happiness place for these persons normally, so sometime staying at home may be a wise choice for them. However, it is the fact that young students can obtain the education of greater quality and employees can have better working condition. Meanwhile, the person who acquire enough wealth in knowledge or substance also can go back hometown then developing there. What is more, once these person acquire success in city then their family can move and live to city together. In conclusion, the only one thing that I believe that staying or leaving hometown is up to personal ability and the support of their family. Therefore, different people has different situations then how many benefits depend on individual circumstances.
