Today,the quality of life in some large city is decreasing.There are so many healthy and psychical problems,such as the diabetes,obesity,heart stack and cancer.All of the maters crash the life level down. Considering that,it can be accured by the follow ways.The first one is environmental pollution.No matter the air pollution or water pollution,they are all the first considering things when the disease break out .The second one is health problems,although the medical technology is boast but it can't fill the need of people also.The consequence is obvious.The last one is the press of work,you are a livehood of a family that you need more money to afford the fare of hole family,the only way you can do is that do more woek and considerless your own healthty problems. How can i solve these matters,here are some ways you can consider about it.The green technology ,low carbon life style and the more garden is necessary.The healthy diets,enough sleep time,more social charity,physical equipment is important.The last one is depend on yourself,you should learn to adapt the press and find a way pushing it out. I just want to say the life is awesome.
