In my point of view，overusing the mobile phone is mostly harmful.To begin with，our eyes can be damaged if we keep fixing on the screen.Besides，it does harm to our health，such as leading headaches、insomnia even cancer.What‘s more，overusing the mobile phone can causes the lack of face-to-face contact with people surround us，which would estrange the relationship. In conclusion，while the mobile phone bring us convenience，we should use it appropriately and rationally.
