The aims of the research were to know what errors did junior students often commit and causes of these errors and put forward some related advice on avoiding committing errors again. The errors of noun use in single and plural forms could also be called number error of nouns in this research. The researcher put the aims into three specific questions: 1)What’s the current situation of the use of singular and plural nouns among junior student ? 2) What causes these errors ? 3) How could these junior students avoid these errors?
