On March 10th,2014, the researcher had a short meeting with the two teachers from grade eight, telling them the purpose of the research and requested them to help administer 40 copies of the test. Then we distributed 40 copies to 40 students among these 100 students, also randomly. Next then, these 2 teachers were requested to take these 40 students to a classroom to finish the test in 30 minutes without any helpful hints. The situation of the test was quite relaxing, so the psychological elements were not considered. The collection rate of the test was 100%. The researcher examined the test’s construct validity by means of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) through SPSS (a kind of popular statistic software).We found KMO was 0.76(>0.5) and the p of Bartlett was 0.0028(<0.05). Meanwhile, the reliability coefficient of this test was 0.923. In the light of those data, the test had a better internal consistency. 100 compositions were requested to be collected in advance, because it would take about a week to check and analyze. An oral interview was conducted after the test finished, and 10 students would be chosen randomly on March 14th,2014. Then, two teachers was also interviewed. These questions were answered by students, such as, “ how they felt about their basic knowledge of English grammar” “ how they felt about teaching efficiency in class”. And some questions were put to teachers, such as, “what common errors did these students often commit” “what causes these errors in your opinion”. The interview was in one-to-one way. When the researcher completed the three parts, the current situation about using noun forms was known generally.
