With the development of society,more and more company prefer to recruit those have good quality and ability.So,people should pay attention to calculate children. Leading them to be confidence and independent.So, what should parents do is let it go when your children meet difficult.And then,don't give them too much money.The most impotence is encourage them to do something what they want to try.Though they fail themselves,parents have to tell them how to confront failure. As a college,what I think is that we should try our best to become a confident,courageous and independent person.I believe we can do it well.
