As the old English proverb goes, it is unwise to put all your eggs in one basket. This is also regarded as a great physiological view of one’s life value. Everyone has his own properties and capabilities, but not all of them can lead a successful life without being aware of difficulties and risks that may happen sporadically. Nowadays, money is known as the most valuable treasure of mankind because it has numerous effect. Men cannot live without money. But if a rich man put all his money in one place, what would happen if all of them were lost in one burglary? He will suddenly turned into a beggar. If it were put in different places at his home, saved in several banks, and left some in his own wallet, at least he wouldn’t lost all his money. Everyone has to work. Although most people was devoted to one work at one place during his lifetime, there must be someone who are destined to lose their jobs. For those unemployed with only one skill or so, it becomes difficult for them to find new jobs to make a living since then. Had they acquired more working skills, they would have to start a new career sooner rather than staying at home with zero income, or at least become a freelancer to earn a living, like photographer, English translator and so on. Besides living and working, romance is another case in point. If a man is in a constant pursuit of a girl who didn’t like him at all, and that he’d never try to give up, what remains for him at last was sadness and damaged self-esteem caused by long-time effortlessness. ‘It is unwise to hang on one tree’. It is rather preferable to find someone who is most fit for you and really like you than someone who didn’t like you at all. In fact, there are many excellent girls in the world from which you can choose to fit you best, not only one. In summary, our life is rich and delightful, but we should hold the capability to make room for its risks and accidents. A decision is preferable to be made in a considerate and comprehensive way when facing with people or dealing with matters and affairs. Moreover, we should be all the way ready to cope with accidents and emergencies, that is, to hope for the test but prepare for the worst.
