According to the picture we can notice that people are crossing the street looking at the cell phones and using walking stricks in order to see. With the development of social,the problem has become increasingly serious . There are three reason for this .In the first place ,With the popularity of the cell phone .For some people has buy a cell phone ,in order to improve life quality .Secondly ,people not notice using the way is dangerous .On the other hand ,By using the way ,it has more disadvantage than advantage .Last,people not communicate with others people .they have a lot of concern ourself cell phone .Over the long run .It is not benefical to us. In my opinion, we can use cell phone ,but when we are coressing the street not looking at their cell phone or not using walking stricks . If we insit do it ,It is benefical to us .Let we take action.
