More and more students who are called gold-bowls seekers want to become government employees after they graduate from college.Many people who are not admit by companies yet support it but others against it. And one coin has two sides.On one hand,not only do they get good pay but also they can have more holidays they will have a fun time after they get the jobs.On the other hands there are so many people who want to become government employees join in the exams that we are likely to lose the chance to become public servants.And we will waste much useful time during that we will find other better jobs.Also we can find other better jobs by which we will get a better wage than other people. What's reason do they so craze with the civil service exams which draw much attention? The first reason is that they have little confident about themselves and they don't know how to seek a suitable job which will give them a suitable environment.So taking the exams is the best choice for them otherwise they likely to lose their jobs.And the second reason is that chinese people tend to respect persons who work for government employees.So they will get a sense of success.The lost but not least,after they retired from their jobs,they can get a better wage.
