The power of reading As the great poet bacon said’Histories make men wise; poets witty; the mathematics subtile; natural philosophy deep; moral grave; logic and rhetoric able to contend.’However,No reading,no gains.In my view,the power of reading cannot be ignored. I don’t understand why someone would rather spend the unnecessary time and effort on achieving experience what have being written on the book than seek from reading it directly.’A good book is a good friend.’When you read a good book just like talking with an experienced friends who can make up your shortage of nature.’It is good to learn at another man’s cost.’If you don’t get any ready from the books,just rushed up to do blindly may cost lives,even the result satisfied you,the waste of the human,material and financial resources is a pity.The learning by doing may affects one more compared to learning by reading .Practice attach importance to practicality more.While in some subjects,we pay more attention to logic reasoning and analysis.So the learning by doing lack of a wild range of applicability.
