There are many reasons responsible for this phenomenon.To begin with,compared with people who have a lower education degree,people graduated from college have a good command of professional knowledge and have the ability to find and solve the problem.A story can prove the importance of the knowledge and the ability.When the manager of Ford Motor Company complained about the high pay because the engineer Steinmetz only drew aline in the machine and asked for 10000 dollars,Steinmetz said that drawing a line with a chalk only valued one dollar,but knowing where to draw valued 9999 dollars.So,it's natural that people with higher education eran more money than those with lower education. What's more,people who have the wealth of learning and various experience are more likely to innovate and invent new things.Those innovations and inventions have a positive influence on increasing efficiency and making profits.Last but not least, those with lower education degree can be replaced any time due to the fact that their jobs are easy to finish by average people and their jobs may be replaced by auto machine with the development of technology.So the jobs of people with lower education degree may be in stormy and the salary can't be high. As for me,I think it's necessary to have a higher education degree.By studying in college and research institute,I can make acquaintances with many learned people and get useful information from them.What's more,I can improve the ability of innovation and solving problems.All of those can make me in the high groud when I find a job.And the most important thing is that I can actualize the meaning of life and live a successful lives. In conclusion,education is a worthy investment.As college students,we should study harder and do our best to prepared for better career opportunities and better future.
