From the statement above, people havedifferent background or various past experiences may have totally differentprospects. Some people may hold that realistic goals are preferable and othersmay support that those ambitions dreams could make them still hard-working.From my point of view, I prefer realistic goals rather than ambitions goals. First and foremost, as the freshman getinto the society, we do not have enough experience to do every things well yet.From my own experience, I could only finish some simply work when I just get myfirst work. It is not because I do not have enough knowledge about the work butI do not have sufficient work experience yet. Such as once my boss assigned mea task, I even did not know what should I do. Apparently, as the fresh man, Ithink we should accumulate more work experience. On another hand, if I set a goal which isambition in some extent but I do not finish the goal in the end, I would feelreally depress. Once I took part in a tennis match, I decide to get thechampion. Although I practiced tennis diligently every day, I was loss in theend. I feel so sad that I no longer play tennis for a long period. Obviously,we need know what we really could do when we set goal. Indeed, ambitious goalscould spur people to work hard, but once the goal beyond one’s capability, theend of which may have bad effect. If we could not finish the goal, ourconfidence may be hurt by it. To sum up, although ambitious goals havetheir advantages, they are not suitable for. As a fresh man in the society, Ifirmly believe that realistic goals are preferable.
